Commonwealth rests

Prosecutors finished presenting their evidence Tuesday afternoon after a Danville detective testified.

The detective said Curtis Wayne King asked to speak with him about the 2003 shooting. King had been convicted already for wounding another man in the shooting.

King told detectives he was at Express Line that night in September, contradicting his testimony in an earlier trial. King also said he had a .38.
